Central Municipal Hospital №18 of Kazan has obtained the license of Roszdravnadzor for rendering of hi-tech medical care. Principal of Federal Agency of supervision in healthcare sphere in TR Rustem Safiullin has handed the license to head physician Rinat Zalaldinov.
