Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7223 times during the week. 1321 emergency calls were registered in public places. Paramedics went on accidents 866 times, including road traffic accidents.  33 people were injured, 21 people were taken to hospitals. 5644 emergency calls were registered for various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (59 cases) and acute cerebral circulation disorders (196 cases).

A festive event dedicated to "Nurse Day" took place in the conference hall of the surgical clinic of SAHI "Medical University Clinic" on May 15, 2019. The clinic has a good tradition to celebrate this holiday. Thanks to the support of the head physician, this event is held annually.

Plane from Goa with 168 people onboard landed at the airport "Begishevo". One of the passengers suspected cholera. Tactical and special interdepartmental exercises were held today according to this scenario. The aim was to localize and eliminate the site of infectious disease onboard the aircraft.

Memorial plaque dedicated to the first People's Health Commissar of Tatarstan Kashaf Mukhtarov has been opened today in Kazan. The memorial plaque was installed within celebration of the 100th anniversary of TASSR.
