Memorial plaque dedicated to the first People's Health Commissar of Tatarstan Kashaf Mukhtarov has been opened today in Kazan. The memorial plaque was installed within celebration of the 100th anniversary of TASSR. TR Health Minister Marat Sadykov, veterans of the industry, employees of TR Health Ministry attended the solemn event. There was a pharmacy owned by the master of pharmacy Ferdinand Grahe, and a pharmacy store in the building on which the memorial plaque was installed, since the mid-19th century. After 1917, the pharmacy was nationalized, and People's Health Commissar has housed here since 1920. Today this building has been reconstructed and its original historical appearance has been restored in detail.
