At the age of 67, Foat Fatykhovich Gatin, Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatric Examination of the Kazan State Medical Academy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, passed away. This is a huge loss for the professional medical community and the healthcare system of Tatarstan. There was no one who, according to all criteria, corresponded to the concept of a "real doctor", a scientist, a talented leader who made a significant contribution to the development of the psychiatric service of our republic.

We installed an artificial implant for the patient using a new technique for us. For this, a small incision was made, whereas with a normal operation, the incision length reaches 20 cm. During the operation, we went between the muscles without dissecting them or peeling them off the bones. Thus, it was possible to avoid damage to tissues and tendons, which in the future will have a positive effect on the patient's condition. A new method that we have studied and tested in practice helps to reduce postoperative pain and accelerate recovery.

The work was carried out under the program of modernization of primary health care of the national project "Long and active life".

 Lilia Khamisovna not only told, but also showed by the example of the children themselves how to act correctly in various situations requiring first aid. The children learned how to apply bandages, treat wounds and learned what to do with bruises and fractures.

As part of the implementation of the primary health care modernization program of the national project "Long and Active Life" in the village of Bereznyak, Kukmor district, the construction of a modern modular paramedic and obstetric center is nearing completion.
