The development of rural healthcare is one of the priorities for our republic, which is being implemented under the national project "Long and Active Life", as well as national programs. Thus, 151 facilities are undergoing major repairs in Tatarstan in 2025 as part of the primary health care modernization program.

By decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Vitaly Sergeevich Grigoriev, an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist at the M.N. Sadykov City Clinical Hospital No. 7, was awarded the Zhukov Medal for his contribution to ensuring the safety and protection of our country. 
The state award was presented to the doctor by the head of the medical and sanitary unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Chechen Republic, Colonel Ramzan Yusupovich Aldebirov of the internal Service. The award ceremony was held in the Chechen Republic.

The second module is attended by 150 heads of medical institutions from nine regions of Russia — chief physicians, deputies and management teams, including representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan. From July 23 to 27, 2025, the second module of the educational program "Leadership in Healthcare", a joint project of the presidential platform "Russia — the Land of Opportunities" and the Senezh Management Workshop, is taking place on the basis of the AMTEC KAZAN Educational Center for High Medical Technologies.

In addition to the entertainment activities of the camp, children will immerse themselves in the world of medicine. Throughout the shift, the main  specialists of the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan, professors, experienced doctors and mentors will come to meet with them. Students will be taught about working in the healthcare system and will be introduced to the professions of doctors of various specialties.

The current week in the Republic of Tatarstan is dedicated to maintaining brain health and is timed to coincide with World Brain Day, which is celebrated annually on July 22. This is a very important event, because the brain is the central organ of the nervous system and not only the quality of our lives depends on its work, but also its duration.

This holiday was established by the World Federation of Neurology to raise awareness about the importance of brain health. Neurology studies diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, including the brain. This mysterious organ is responsible for many functions.
Brain diseases can have serious consequences.: from suffering and nervous worries to disability and death. Therefore, doctors pay great attention to the prevention and treatment of these diseases.

The guests got acquainted with the departments of the institution, talked with the heads. The Department of Medical Rehabilitation was of particular interest. There is a swimming pool, a cardio room, a physical therapy and mechanical therapy room. The delegates were introduced to the activities of the call center and the principles of the polyclinic as a whole.
