Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited Kazan State Medical University today. The event is timed to coincide with September 1, the Day of Knowledge.During the visit, a solemn ceremony was held to present Kazan State Medical University with a state award - the Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan.
