On the Day of Knowledge, Rustam Minnikhanov visited Kazan State Medical University

Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited Kazan State Medical University today. The event is timed to coincide with September 1, the Day of Knowledge.

During the visit, a solemn ceremony was held to present Kazan State Medical University with a state award - the Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan.
