Gafiatullina have been congratulated with the upcoming holiday of the Great Victory on behalf of the head of Almetyevsky municipal district Ayrat Khairullin and the head of Healthcare Department of AMD Vera Golovina, Chairman of Veterans’ Council Vasily Samoilov and Chairman of the Board of healthcare veterans Nadezhda Tsareva on May, 7.

A solemn event dedicated to the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at Hospital for War Veterans in Kazan. 

 Veterans of the healthcare have been congratulated on the upcoming holiday on May, 9 at Kazan Medical College. Veterans of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers were honored by students and College staff, employees of Health Ministry. Veterans laid flowers at the stele of doctors in memory of the doctors who saved the wounded soldiers at the cost of their live.

Veteran of the war in Afghanistan has died during the rehearsal for Victory Day Parade held on the Millennium Square in Kazan on May, 6. He suddenly lost consciousness during the rehearsal for Parade. The ambulance crew carried out resuscitation activities for 30 minutes, but they were unsuccessful.

Chistopol residents will be able to pass free express HIV testing on May, 15. The event will be held as part of the rally "Nurlat-Chistopol-Kazan" dedicated to the World AIDS Memorial Day (May, 19). The event is aimed at preventing HIV infection, mobilizing society to against AIDS and supporting citizens living with HIV.
