Hospitals of the city and maternity hospitals on holidays from December 30 to January 8, 2019 will work around the clock. Hospitalization of patients is carried out on a territorial basis, depending on the profile of the disease. Head of Kazan Healthcare Department of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic Ilnur Khalfiev has told about the organization of medical care in the new year's holidays at business meeting on Monday.

Agreement on cooperation with the patient - volunteer organization "We are together" has been signed in Blood Center on December, 24. The history of Blood Service, which began in the 30-ies of XX century, continued in the new environment and with new features. The modern equipment has been acquired as a result of implementation of Federal and Republican programs on development of blood service. The relations with various voluntary and volunteer organizations of Tatarstan Republic are built within the development of the service.

The dynasty of medical workers Galeev from Mamadyshsky district won the district competition "Best labor dynasty", which was held among the residents of Mamadyshsky district. The competition was announced as part of the Federal party project "Strong family" and timed to the 101-st anniversary of the registry office of Russia.

Preventive campaign "Naberezhnye Chelny against breast cancer" took place in the polyclinic of Hospital for War Veterans of Naberezhnye Chelny on December, 20 and 21. It was organized by Republican Oncology Center of TR Health Ministry.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 8031 times during the week. 1205 emergency calls were registered in public places. Paramedics went on accidents 947 times, including road traffic accidents.  73 people were injured, 42 people were taken to hospitals. 6766 emergency calls were registered for various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (75 cases) and acute cerebral circulation disorders (156 cases).
