Paramedics of emergency service of Kazan left to rescue people 7568 times for a week. 1269 emergency calls were registered to public places. Paramedics went to accidents 974 times. 73 people were injured, 37 were taken to healthcare institutions. 5837 emergency calls were registered about different diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (55 cases), acute disorders of cerebral circulation (198 cases).

All victims of inhaled poisoning were discharged from Arskaya Central Regional Mass inhalation poisoning by an unknown substance has happened in Arsk Pedagogical College on October 5, 2018. 18 people were hospitalized in Arskaya CRH with complaints of weakness and dizziness. Because of the incident, the chief freelance toxicologist of TR Health Ministry Aliya Nasibullina went to Arsk. She reported that the status of all patients was stable, satisfactory, without danger to the life. The situation was reported to the chief freelance toxicologist of Health Ministry of Russia.  It was found that the cause of poisoning was a toxic-allergic reaction.

Delegation from Tatarstan Republic headed by TR President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Japan with working visit. The main purpose of the trip is participation in the international forum "Science and technology in society" (STS-forum). It is also planned to visit the RIKEN biomedical cluster, the Hokuse plant (production of conveyor and sorting equipment), participate in the Tatarstan-Japan business forum, etc.

Health personnel of Pestrechinsky CRH took part in the campaign "Single day of forest planting". Mass planting of trees takes place under the auspices of Volunteer’s Year in Russia this year. Today, residents of Tatarstan Republic planted 1.3 million new trees on the territory of Tatarstan. October is the world breast cancer month. TR Health Ministry, Republican Clinical Oncology Dispensary  and Company “Philips” invite everyone to take part in the social campaign #I DID IT aimed at raising awareness among residents about the importance of early diagnosis of breast cancer. Campaign is held within the limits of the large-scale project "Education against tumors".

Chief freelance specialist toxicologist of TR Health Ministry Aliya Nasibullina visited Arskaya Cenral Regional Hospital to see the teenagers poisoned by an unknown substance. After examination of the patients, she said that their condition is stable, closer to satisfactory. There is no danger to the life. Patients stay under the supervision of physicians in order to control laboratory and diagnostic tests. The final diagnosis will be made and appropriate recommendations will be given according to the results of in-depth chemical and toxicological tests as well as the chemical composition of the perfumed liquid seized by Investigative Committee of Tatarstan Republic.

 

Campaign «#Good deed to the village» took place in the village Bolshoye Afanasovo of Nizhnekamsky district. The villagers measured blood pressure, checked blood sugar levels, learned their height and weight, and received advice from oncologist-mammologist. The personnel of Medical Prevention Center conducted all the necessary examinations and made appropriate recommendations.

VIII Regional (Volga region) scientific and practical conference with international participation "Children's neurology and neurorehabilitation: Kazan 2018" is held on October, 5-6. The presentations are dedicated to three main topics: motor disorders, demyelinating diseases of the peripheral nervous system and innovative technologies of diagnosis, treatment and neurorehabilitation. Foreign guests from Israel and Kazakhstan will tell about the role of the multidisciplinary team in neurorehabilitation.

General practitioner’s office was opened after repairs in Vysokogorsky district. The renovated office has all the necessary equipment to provide quality medical services.
