Experts note a slight decrease in the birth rate compared to 2016 and 2017. More than 144 thousand women and more than 58 thousand children receive medical care in NMD. About 15 thousand patients received treatment in Children's Municipal Hospital in 2018. There is a tendency to reduce the incidence among children from 0 to 14 years old according to head physician Ramil Khamidullin. But this figure increased among adolescents from 15-17 years old.
