Leading scientists of Russian Federation, specialists of Coordination centre on the organization, development and promotion of voluntary blood donation at Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, principals of the centers and stations of blood transfusions of Volga region and other regions of Russia will take part in the work of the conference. The exhibition of medicinal preparations, diagnostic agents, the medical equipment and equipment for blood service will be organized within the limits of the conference.

Marat Mingazetdinov has wanted to be a doctor since childhood. His dream came true. Today he is ray-surgeon. Recently he made complicated operation of thrombus extraction (thrombus size was 9 centimeters). It was fine work. One of his patients was the woman who lost consciousness outside. M. Mingazetdinov helped this woman and transported to the hospital. Later he operated her.

III Walter Scheel Forum initiated by Health Ministry of Russian Federation at the support of Tatarstan Republic Government will take part tomorrow in Kazan. Forum will be dedicated to medicine’s problems, practical health care and medical science. Rehabilitation medicine, oncology (detection and treatment), radiation oncology and telemedicine will be discussed during the Forum. Leading medical specialists from Russia and Germany will take part in the event.
I high-diving FINA World Cup will take place in Kazan from August, 6 till August, 10th, 2014. 34 sportsmen from 16 countries will take part in competitions. Men will do a series of high board diving from altitude of 27 meters, the woman — from 20 meters. High board diving was included for the first time into the program of World Aquatics Championships during competitions in Barcelona in 2013.
Exercises on interdepartmental interacting on the boat "Lider-12PM" in cases of traumas of sportsmen during diving have been held on August, 1st and 5, 2014.

III Walter Scheel Forum, dedicated to problems of medicine, practical health care and medical science initiated by Health Ministry of Russian Federation at the support of Tatarstan Republic Government is planned on August, 8th, 2014 in Kazan.
The capital of Tatarstan has been selected a venue not coincidentally. Walter Scheel Forum (further – Forum) dedicated to pressing questions and problems of medical aftertreatment has taken place in Bud Krontsingen (Germany) in December, 2013. Russian delegation took part in that Forum. The delegation consisted of health care deputy minister of Russian Federation S.A.Kraevoy, Health Minister of Tatarstan Republic A.Ju.Vafin and other leading Russian experts. Organizers of event have especially noted the reports of specialists from Tatarstan Republic and have addressed with request of assistance in the organization of the next Walter Scheel Forum in Kazan. The given initiative has been supported by the President of Tatarstan Republic R.N.Minnikhanov.
