Primary healthcare modernization program of the national project “Healthcare” was initiated by President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and developed on the basis of a detailed analysis of the resource provision of medical organizations in terms of territorial planning.

The overhaul of the building #2 of the City Hospital #16 has been completed.
