Clinic should be run by a person with a medical education. The survey was conducted among doctors on the Medvestnik portal. Almost 80 percent of respondents supported this opinion.

5,314 medical workers came to work in healthcare institutions of Tatarstan in 2021 (including 1,858 doctors). Presidential support programs are in place to attract specialists. According to the grant program of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, 1,198 grants were provided from 2014 to 2021 (125 grants were provided in 2021).

A pediatrician of the Zainsk district received 1.5 million rubles under the "Zemsky Doctor" program.

Pediatric surgeons of the Kama Children's Medical Center pulled 40 magnetic balls from the stomach of a small resident of Naberezhnye Chelny.

In December 2021, the branch of the RCDVD, the Naberezhnye Chelny Republican Clinical Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary, turns 50 years old.

 From the moment of its formation to the present time, the dispensary is the main medical institution where specialized dermatological and venereological care is provided to residents of Naberezhnye Chelny and nearby areas.
