Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sadykov granted State Awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan.

They recall that at that time people were suspicious of any information about the coronavirus, as if it did not exist – it was  far from abroad, it was unlikely to reach us. Therefore, when the paramedics arrived in protective suits, the patients were frightened, and some even behaved aggressively.

In the emergency hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny, a Canadian citizen was successfully operated on, who asked for help because of pain in the neck and chest. Shannon Valente was found to have a 7-centimeter tumor that was located in the neurovascular bundle.

The complexity of the surgical operation was to remove a benign tumor (lipoma) very carefully, without touching or damaging the nerve endings and blood vessels. Surgeon Alexey Solovyov took on a huge responsibility, as any wrong move could lead to dismal consequences for the patient. The tumor was located and grew in the body for a long time. It was necessary to separate it from the nearby nerves with pinpoint precision.

This is a diagnostic method by which the skin is examined under such an increase that the color and structure of the epidermis, the dermoepidermal junction and the papillary layer of the dermis become visible, which are impossible to see all with the naked eye.
