How will QR codes be issued to residents with medical exemption?

Tatarstan will start issuing documents on medical exemption from vaccination against a new coronavirus infection with QR codes. This was told by the chief epidemiologist, specialist in immunoprophylaxis of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Lopushov.

It is planned that this document will be issued both on paper and in electronic form. By order of the Ministry of Health of Russia, a QR code with a medical exemption will be available on the Gosuslugi, but the order will begin to operate only from February. In Tatarstan, this system will start operating from November 22. That is, while the medical organizations of the republic will issue only paper documents on the medical exemption.
