Surgeons of Republican Clinical Hospital of TR Health Ministry carried out the first in Tatarstan the laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy - a removal of the right lobe of the liver, in connection with the neoplasm.

The operation was performed on 30 years old woman. The tumor was detected in the patient at the preventive medical examination.

Students of medical colleges and Kazan State Medical University (KSMU), medical workers of the central district hospitals will travel to 13 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide voluntary assistance in medical and obstetric centers in the framework of the project #DobroVSelo of the all-Russian public movement "Volunteers-physicians".
