HIV incidence has decreased in 5,9% in Tatarstan during the last 2 years. This information was announced by TR Health Minister Marat Sadykov at the meeting of the Interdepartmental AIDS Commission at the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan Republic. It was dedicated to the implementation of measures on formation of healthy lifestyle, prevention of HIV infection, viral hepatitis B and C in general and professional educational institutions in 2016-2017.

Training for patients and their relatives will take place on the basis of Oncologic Center in cooperation with Public Organization "We are together" on April, 26 at 15:00. Issues related to the diagnosis and treatment of lymphomas, as well as the effectiveness of generics and biosimilars will be discussed during the training. Head of chemotherapy 2 of RCOD and Chemotherapy Clinic Alexey Kuzmin will take part in the training.

The defeat of the esophagus malignant tumor is one of the most frequent pathologies (80-90% of all neoplasms). Cancer of the esophagus occupies the 9th place in the structure of cancer. Esophageal cancer has constituted 1.9% of the total number of cancer patients in Tatarstan Republic in 2017.

132 years since the birth of the great Tatar poet, publicist, translator and public figure Gabdulla Tukay is celebrated on April, 26. Creativity of "Tatar Pushkin" is respected around the world. Mini-Museum of the poet is situated in the building of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic. This is the memorial room, where Gabdulla Tukay spent his last days.
