Kazan hosted meeting of Republican Clinical TB Dispensary dedicated to the results 2017 and the tasks for 2018.
The meeting was attended by the head of Control Department of standards and quality of medical activity of TR Health Ministry Lysenko, head of Department of sanitary protection of the territory of Rospotrebnadzor in TR Borisova, chief phthisiologist of Volga Federal district Valiev, head of the Department of registration, accounting, monitoring of infectious and parasitic diseases of Hygiene and Epidemiology Center Zaynutdinova, head of Department of medical and social rehabilitation of HIV-infected patients of Republican Center for AIDS Prevention and Control Beshimov.
Results 2017 of healthcare institutions were summed up and the tasks for 2018 were announced in Chistopolsky district. The meeting was attended by Deputy Health Minister Ildar Fatikhov, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, Deputy of State Council of TR Rafil Nugumanov, Head of Chistopolsky municipal district Dmitry Ivanov, head physician of SAHI "Chistopolsky CRH" Rais Mustafin.
The first head physician of Emergency Hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny Irek Ishkineev has died today. He was Honored Physician of the Republic of Tatarstan, holder of the orders: "Badge of Honor", Friendship of peoples, Excellent healthcare worker of the USSR, Honorary citizen of Naberezhnye Chelny. He was 88 years old.

Results 2017 of the blood service of Tatarstan Republic were summed up in Kazan. Head physician of Republican Blood Center Ramil Turaev has noted that more than 50 tons of blood have been donated in Tatarstan last year. None of the types of medical care needs such support of the population as blood transfusion. A person is the only source of donor blood. There are 33 032 donors in Tatarstan, 70% of them are men. 46.9% of donors are between 20 and 29 years old. 12 069 inhabitants of the Republic have the status of "Honorary donor."
