13 medical specialists have been attracted to KCMC since the beginning of 2019 within the framework of the regional project "Provision of healthcare institutions with qualified personnel", part of the national project "Healthcare". Pediatricians, children's surgeons, ophthalmologist, maxillofacial surgeon, obstetrician-gynecologist came to KCMC. Pediatricians from Bashkir State Medical University and a graduate of Kazan State Medical University were attracted by head physician of KCMC Timur Mubarakshin and the head of the personnel department Svetlana Kholina during the meeting with the graduates of medical universities.

Ildar Safin, head of sarcoma group RCOD of TR HM, Associate Professor of traumatology and surgery department of KSMA performed a unique operation in Ulan-Ude Emergency Hospital together with specialists of the healthcare institution. The patient was fitted with a carbon implant, which replaced the affected area of the femur.
