Elena F. Akhmetzyanova has been appointed to the post of Head of Medical and Preventive Care Department by the order of TR Health Minister

The council was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan, supervisory authorities and medical universities, the Association of Medical Workers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Public Council under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, chief doctors of leading clinics, chief visting specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and other representatives of the medical community.

Over the past 10 years, the population of Kazan has grown by 7%. The primary health care system is not keeping pace with the growth of the city.

In addition, the patients were diagnosed with diseases such as rosacea, psoriasis, herpes zoster, ringworm, skin xerosis, acne, seborrheic keratomas, hemangiomas, and dermatofibromas.

Currently, Yu. A. Anisimov acts as a mentor for young volunteers of Tatarstan of the regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Russian Red Cross", advises on the formation of the museum, transmits the noble traditions of Tatarstan healthcare.
