Head of Kazan Municipal Healthcare Department Ilnur Khalfiev visited war veteran, which story was written in the local mass media. Kazan Municipal Healthcare Department carried out the internal inspection in one of the Kazan policlinics on the fact of refusal in medical care to the veteran of war.
