Rustam Minnikhanov has opened new outpatient clinic near Kazan

The opening of a new outpatient clinic took place in the village Peschanye Kovali of Laishevsky district. The event was attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The medical facility covers four rural settlements: SPeschano-Kovalinsky, Nikol'skoye, Orlovskoye and Matyushinskoye. The outpatient clinic will serve up to 13 thousand people. The number of employees is 53 persons, including 11 physicians.
