Rustam Minnikhanov has opened new outpatient clinic near Kazan

The opening of a new outpatient clinic took place in the village Peschanye Kovali of Laishevsky district. The event was attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The medical facility covers four rural settlements: SPeschano-Kovalinsky, Nikol'skoye, Orlovskoye and Matyushinskoye. The outpatient clinic will serve up to 13 thousand people. The number of employees is 53 persons, including 11 physicians.
Today, the Minister of Health of the Republic Almir Abashev addressed the State Council of Tatarstan with information from the Cabinet of Ministers on the state of health of citizens.
