The young physicians of Nizhnekamsk will know about «Friendly clinic»

The cycle of training in the framework of Republican project "Friendly clinic" has started in Children's Hospital with Perinatal Center of Nizhnekamsk. Heads of clinics of children's hospital Elmira Khafizova and Olga Mitina held an informal conversation with the young physicians and nurses. Using examples from their own experience, they talked about how to build communication with patients and colleagues, how to keep the documentation, and what is medical confidentiality.
