World Sleep Day draws more and more attention of the public to the importance of this state every year. People’s health and life directly depend on it. This year it will be celebrated on March, 16.
Unfortunately, the problem of sleep disorders is still largely underestimated by the medical community and the population. Sleep disorders are widespread (according to various estimates from 30 to 45% of people suffer from various forms of sleep disorders) and affect life expectancy, the development of cancer pathology, memory disorders and impaired productivity.
