KCMC attracts young staff

Head physician of KCMC Timur Mubarakshin and the staff of the personnel department took part in the placement of graduates of the pediatric faculty of Bashkir State Medical University.

The placement procedure is an important step in the run-up to graduation. Heads of healthcare institutions have the opportunity to meet with potential employees, to establish contacts for further interaction. In turn, graduates have the opportunity to get comprehensive information about the capabilities of the institution and the needs of specialists, to get answers to questions.
