Questions of inventory and numbering of medical cards discussed in Kazan

Republican Medical Lybrary-Information centre together with State committee of TR on archival business organised training of archives workers of medical organisations of Kazan. Seminar passed in the Educational Centre of High Medical Technologies.

The main topic of the meeting was the issues of inventory and digitization of medical records of patients. During the training, specialists of State Archive of Tatarstan Republic told about the order of storage and inventory of archival materials, about process of digitization of documents. Also, the participants of the event visited the archive of the Republican Clinical Hospital, where staff shared their experience in the inventory of medical records.
