International Ophthalmology Day is celebrated today

International Day of Ophthalmology —professional holiday of physicians, thanks to which we can see better the world, is celebrated on August, 8th. Eyes – one of the basic person instruments for reception of the information on world around.

The loss of sight is huge loss in all spheres of human life. The modern ophthalmology totals more than hundred diseases: retina amotio,  glaucoma, cataract, inflammatory diseases of eyes, short-sightedness, a hyperopia, astigmatism, etc.
