Personnel maintenance's issues in healthcare system have been discussed in Kazan
Meeting concerning personnel maintenance in healthcare system of Tatarstan Republic took place in High Medical Technologies Educational Center.
TR Health Minister Marat Sadykov, Deputy Minister Ildar Fatihov and heads of Tatarstan treatment-and-prophylactic institutions became participants of the meeting.
Health Ministry of the Russian Federation developed federal project «Medical shots of Russia» according to which the regional project «Maintenance of healthcare system in healthcare institutions with qualified personnel» is developed and confirmed. Project purpose is liquidation of personnel deficiency in healthcare institutions rendering the primary care. Besides, the project assumes development of continuous improvement of professional skill of medical workers within the limits of system CME.
