Head of the inpatient department of Republican Narcological Dispensary Bulat Gatin told IA "Tatar-inform" that the number of alcohol addicts started to decrease in Tatarstan over the last three years.

"Today 27900 people are registered in Republican Narcological Dispensary. The figure is constantly fluctuating, because there are people who are not diagnosed, and therefore are not registered. But just over the last three years, there was a decrease in the number of addicts, and the number of those who want to be cured is also growing, " Bulat Gatin said.
