Head of burn surgery unit of RCH made a report at the all-Russian conference on combustiology

All-Russian conference with international participation "Topical issues of combustiology" took place in Sochi from 1 to 5 of October. Head of burn surgery unit of RCH, the chief combustiologist of TR Health Ministry Radik G. Novikov made a presentation in the conference.

The organization of medical care for victims of burns, including in emergency situations, as well as topical issues of combustiology (its current capabilities and prospects) have been discussed during the conference. Modern possibilities of antibacterial therapy of nosocomial infections in seriously ill patients, topical issues and organization of rehabilitation of victims with the consequences of burns were also taken up.
