This forum is the pilot project in the field of actualization of global problems of mankind.
Non-infectious diseases have four general risk factors: the tobacco use, the insufficient physical activity, harmful alcohol intake and an unhealthy food.
One of measures of actualization of this point in question is carrying out of the given forum «For healthy life»
Carrying out of the first congress in Kazan is the evidence of scientific authority of Kazan scientists-physicians. In Kazan there are more than twenty high schools, a number of scientific-research institutes, a centre of science of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Tatarstan Republic Academy of Sciences. Names of many Kazan doctors are well-known all over the world.  
Strategic target of the First international forum on non-infectious diseases prophylaxis is augmentation of life expectancy of the population.
The forum in Kazan will take place on October, 10-11th, 2013.
Forum opening will take place on October, 10th, 2012 at 10.00 o'clock in "Korston". The program provides plenary and sectional sessions, visiting of establishments of public health services, cultural events.
 More than 500 persons, including foreign experts, the representatives of World Health Organization and well known scientists of Russia will take part in a forum/.

18:00-19:30 - Procession «For healthy life» on streets of Kazan, a concert (start from an entry of  "Korston")
On October, 10th and 11, 2012 from 9.00 till 15.00 –free examination in the mobile diabetes-centre - for revealing the risk factors of development of diabetes (about shopping centre "MEGA" by the address: Kazan, Prospect Pobedy, 141). To each visitor the snap analysis of level of glucose of a blood will be made. The endocrinologist on the basis of the received results of examination will give the corresponding advice.
