XXIX Russian Symposium on endocrine surgery took place in Kazan

XXIX Russian Symposium on endocrine surgery "Kalinin readings" with the participation of endocrinologists and oncologists was held in Kazan for the third time. The scientific event was held on the eve of the upcoming celebration of the 100th anniversary of Kazan Physicians’ Continuing Education Institute and was dedicated to one of its employees – A. P. Kalinin, who worked more than 10 years in our Academy. Now he is a recognized luminary of endocrine surgery in Russia. The Symposium was a landmark event for the medical community of Tatarstan Republic and Russia. It gathered 460 endocrinologists, surgeons, oncologists, therapists, diagnosticians from Tatarstan, Russia and Belarus.
