ICDC cardiac surgeons held a workshop in Medical Unit of OAO «Tatneft» and Almetyevsk

Specialists of Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center (ICDC) gave a workshop on surgical treatment of infectious endocarditis and chord detachment with persistent atrial fibrillation in Medical Unit of OAO “Tatneft” and Almetyevsk. Ildar Vagizov, head of the cardiac surgery department No. 2 of ICDC, and Murat Mukharyamov, Deputy General Director for treatment, performed an operation to reconstruct the mitral valve affected by infection on a 55-year-old patient in front of local surgeons.
