The opening of the memorial plaque in memory of the first head physician Rimma M. Akhmetova was held in SAHI "Hospital for War Veterans" in Naberezhnye Chelny. The festive event is timed to the 40th anniversary of polyclinic No. 8, branch of Hospital for War Veterans.

The memorial plaque was installed on the initiative of the head physician of the hospital Rezeda R. Mavzyutova to honor the memory and express respect to the outstanding physician who stood at the origins of the institution.
