Federal project «Go Russia!» in action

Republican Center for Medical Prevention held events in Tatarstan within the framework of the Federal project "Walk Russia!". It aims to educate the public about the benefits of physical activity and develop the necessary skills to lead a healthy lifestyle.

One of the large-scale activities of the project was the popularization of motor activity by the method of Northern (Scandinavian) walking. Specialists of Republican Center of Medical Prevention held training sessions together with experts of neurology sub-faculty of KSMA and Municipal Polyclinic No. 7 of Kazan for workers, chairmen of Trade Union Committees.
