Lecture about AIDS prevention was read in Educational Centre MDFPS of Russia in TR

Physicians of SAHI "Republican Medical Prevention Center" had a lecture on the HIV infection and AIDS prevention within the nationwide campaign against HIV "Stop HIV/AIDS" for students of Educational Centre of Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary service of Russia in TR.   

 The participants knew the statistics of the incidence of HIV infection. Today, more than 40 million people worldwide are living with HIV, about 3 million of new cases are detected each year, and more than 2.5 million people worldwide die of disease each year. More than 1 million people are diagnosed with the immunodeficiency virus in Russia. Tatarstan Republic belongs to the regions with average prevalence.
