RCH surgeons performed endoscopic removal of the adrenal gland through the retroperitoneal space for the first time in Tatarstan

Specialists of the surgical department No. 2 of Republican Clinical Hospital performed retro-peritoneoscopic removal of the right adrenal gland for the first time in Tatarstan – endoscopic removal of the adrenal gland through the retroperitoneal space. The operation is characterized by low trauma, good cosmetic effect and the absence of possible trocar hernias in comparison with laparoscopic access.
