88% of Nizhnekamsk residents evaluate the work of NCRMH clinics positively

Public opinion monitoring is carried out daily using feedback tablets, which are located in the registries of polyclinics of Nizhnekamsk Central Regional Multi-profile Hospital (NCRMH).

So, 209 patients wished to put their assessment of the work of polyclinics in January. 55% gave the rating "excellent", 33% called the work of clinics "good" and 12% called the work "bad". It can be concluded that men use feedback tablets more often; their number is approximately 85% according to the monitoring results. The most active patients are in polyclinic № 2. The residents use the tablets actively to write the opinion about the work of doctors and nurses.
