An unusual campaign took place at Kama Children's Medical Center (KCMC) in Naberezhnye Chelny on the eve of International Women's Day. Young mothers discharged from the Perintal Center received professional makeup as a present. A small make-up marathon was conducted by makeup artist Albina Sultanova.
