Surgeons of CMH operated on a patient with a rare disease

A hairball weighing 300 grams and reaching a length of about a meter was removed from the stomach of a 5-year-old girl.

According to surgeons, the girl was admitted to the hospital with complaints of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. After the examination, trichobesoar was found (a foreign body that occupies almost the entire stomach, duodenum and part of the small intestine).
