Explanation about the provision of medicines to patients with cardiovascular diseases

According to the law, the provision of medicines to patients with cardiovascular diseases is not suspended. Medicines will be issued in the same volume. The only change that occurred in connection with the signing of the Decree is that the issuance of medicines is now carried out at the expense of the Federal budget, and not the Republican one. Moreover, thanks to this measure, the list of categories of diseases and medicines has increased.
