Pilot project for distant consultation of patients on anticoagulant therapy has started in Tatarstan

Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic, Portavita Health Company and SAHI “Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 7” launched a pilot project to introduce distant care for patients using portable devices ”Portavita – Anticoagulation” in the context of a difficult epidemiological situation, in order to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection in patients taking anticoagulant therapy.

 

 4,500 Tatarstan rezidents are registered in the Portavita-Anticoagulation program. 420 people are observed in the anticoagulant office of MCH No. 7. Specialists of Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 7 serve 15 patients per day.
