RCH surgeons sewed a hand almost cut off by a chainsaw to a man from Mari El

Surgeons of Republican Clinical Hospital of Tatarstan saved the hand of a man from Mari El, which was cut off by a chainsaw.

A 73-year-old man had a chainsaw cut through the bone and tissue in the wrist joint.

The pensioner was immediately taken to Central Regional Hospital of the republic. Local physicians provided the first aid and stopped the bleeding and sent the patient to micro-surgeons in Kazan.
