The accuracy of diagnosis and the outcome of any treatment depends on the serviceability of medical equipment and its quality.

The technical division of the Nizhnekamsk Central Municipal multi-profile hospitals is headed by Elsa Mindubaeva. Under her command: two electronics engineers, a Metrology engineer, and an electrician for the repair and maintenance of medical equipment.

During the pandemic, a large number of new medical equipment was delivered to the NCRMB to equip the COVID hospital. Elsa Nailyevna oversees all workpersonally. The Manager admitted that the delivery figures are pleasing.
