Symphony orchestra of the Mariinsky theatre played for the Kazan doctors

The Mariinsky Symphony orchestra, conducted by Valery Gergiev, played a one-and-a-half-hour program for doctors and patients near the new building of the Republican clinical infectious diseases hospital named after Professor A. F. Agafonov.

Approximately 150 doctors-employees of both the infectious diseases hospital and other medical institutions in Kazan – came to listen to music performed by the Mariinsky theater orchestra.
