Oleg Morozov met with Nizhnekamsk medics
The member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Morozov, met with Nizhnekamsk doctors. Doctors and nurses from all medical institutions of the city gathered in the Assembly Hall of the Consultative and Diagnostic Polyclinic of Nizhnekamsk Central Municipal Multifunctional Hospital.
During her speech, the head of the Health Department Venera Rakhimova spoke about the state of Nizhnekamsk health care, immediately identifying several problematic issues. The question about the shortage of medical personnel was raised. Active work on attracting personnel is carried out daily.
"If we talk about the material and technical base, in 2020, we have allocated 253 million rubles. This money is earmarked to overhaul infectious and surgical departments, for the construction of a medical-midwife station in the village of Sukharevo. Also, funds were allocated to conduct design and survey works to construct a reception-diagnostic unit repair the Children's Hospital," said Venera Rakhimova.
The mayor of Nizhnekamsk stressed how important it is to create all the conditions for young professionals to want to work specifically in Nizhnekamsk hospitals. Today, all efforts are made to equip hospitals with material and technical facilities and carry out the necessary major repairs. Also, it is planned to build an emergency medical center soon, which will allow to provide the population with even better and timely medical care.
Issues such as the system of compulsory health insurance, rural health care, and the quality of food for the population were discussed.
Oleg Morozov actively discussed every question raised, and he took all problems under his control. Oleg Viktorovich also promised to organize a field meeting with the participation of colleagues from the Federal center.
