Pregnancy after a complex surgical operation ended with a successful child birth

A unique case occurred in Kazan — a woman got pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby after laparoscopic sacrovaginopexy.The new pregnancy was under special control of physicians after the previous surgical operation.

A long-awaited boy was born in the obstetrics department of the University Clinic of Kazan Federal University the day before. A woman at 40 weeks of pregnancy had a caesarean section. The operation was successful.
