This year alone, 152 medical workers celebrated housewarming in homes from the State Housing Fund. Of these, 117 people received apartments under the social mortgage program, 19 doctors improved their living conditions at the expense of the Republican grant, and 16 more doctors were provided with rental housing.

Providing housing and creating comfortable living conditions for medical workers in Tatarstan's cities and districts is one of the main priorities of the Republic's leadership. In fulfilling this task, a key role assigned to the state housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, which for 15 years of its activity, has already provided housing for 4,500 doctors and provided additional 263 apartments for rent.

Among those who received housing is a palliative care doctor Rushana Rafikova. She moved from Ulyanovsk at the invitation of the Republican clinical hospital. Tatarstan's government allocated her a grant of 500 thousand rubles as a down payment for an apartment. This spring, she moved to her one-room apartment in "Salavat kupere" residential complex. "Before that, I rented an apartment, and now, finally, I have my own! With the help of the Republican hospital, I participated in the grant program for young specialists. Thank you to the Republic's leadership for their support! I am pleased with the quality of the apartment, " she said when checking in.

In August, the state housing Fund in the Alkeyevsky district began construction of another rental house, intended, among other things, for doctors of the local Central Municipal Hospital. The house will be built as a part of the national "Housing and Urban Environment" project initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Within this project framework, 4970 apartments on 273.6 thousand square meters are being built across the Republic this year at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund.
