The final of the VIII National Championship "Young professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) was held, for the first time in a remote-face-to-face format. Azalea Villanova, student of the vocational school #35 of Nizhnekamsk presented The Republic of Tatarstan in health and social care competence. The training based in Nizhnekamsk Medical College was conducted under the guidance of expert trainer Svetlana Sycheva.
Azalea had to complete three modules in the final. It includes a hospital and home area, patient care, functional assessment, doctor's appointments, and patient training in auxiliary transportation. A great desire to win, Azalea's diligence, experience, and support of an expert coach Svetlana Sycheva, gave excellent results. Gold, which won by Azalea Villanova and coach-expert Svetlana Sycheva, now belongs to Nizhnekamsk.
